Pattaya police rushed to the beach in front of the Central Festival Pattaya Beach shopping centre around 3am after bystanders alerted them that they had seen two foreigners -- a male and a female -- naked. The two were charged and fined for public indecency and inappropriate behaviour causing trouble to others. Police did not give details of the fine, but the Criminal Code states that public indecency carries a maximum fine of 500 baht.
